Anthony V. Milone

Managing Director of MediVoice, LLC


Mr. Milone is the Managing Director of MediVoice, LLC.

He is a Managing Partner in Antares Healthcare, an investor in MediVoice. He is also the Chairman of Woodcliff Healthcare Investment Partners II, LLC, an owner of Dura Medic, LLC of Austin Texas.

Prior, Mr. Milone was a managing partner of Woodcliff Healthcare Investment Partners, LLC, which owned CompCare, a public behavioral health company which was sold in 2007.

Mr. Milone has 30 years experience in the health care industry. One of his past positions was Chairman of QualCare Alliance Networks, Inc. (QANI), a diversified managed care company owned by the leading New Jersey Hospitals with over 500,000 enrollees, which includes a PPO and a TPA serving both the group health and workers’ compensation markets.

Prior to his position at QANI, he founded Health Alliance Network, Inc., a national managed care company that contracted through PPOs with 300,000 doctors and 3,000 hospitals, where he continues to serve as President and CEO.

Before founding Health Alliance Network, Inc., he was employed by Tokos Medical Corporation where he was responsible for developing and managing relationships with all third-party payers including HMOs, indemnity insurers and self-insured corporations, US Home Health Care Corporation where he was a Vice President responsible for the development of outpatient IV therapy centers, and IVAC Corporation (a then-subsidiary of Eli Lilly & Co.) where he was Northeast Regional Sales Manager.

Mr. Milone is a graduate of City University of New York and has taken graduate courses in pharmaceutical studies at Fairleigh Dickenson University.

Francis A. (Bud) Brooks, III

Regional Sales Director for MediVoice, LLC


Bud Brooks is the Regional Sales Director for MediVoice, LLC, and is based in Dallas, Texas. Mr. Brooks has over 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry, working with healthcare payers, providers and networks throughout the country. His clients have included many types of payers such as Blue Cross plans, health plans, TPAs, self-administered groups, health & welfare funds, etc., as well as hospital systems and PPO networks.

The first four years of his healthcare career were spent in the pharmacy benefit management industry with Scrip Card and ProVantage. He spent the next seven years with Concentra Network Services selling its pre- and post-payment cost containment and network management services, and most recently was with Ecom, a PPO network advisory and administration company, all based in Dallas.

In this role with MediVoice, Mr. Brooks is responsible for coordinating all aspects of MediVoice’s sales initiatives, and for helping to develop the company’s overall growth strategies and its corporate image and message.

Prior to the healthcare industry, Mr. Brooks spent six years in the commercial real estate industry in Dallas with Cushman & Wakefield, and three years in corporate development and acquisitions with Affiliated Computer Services, also in Dallas.

Mr. Brooks holds a B.S. degree from Brown University and an M.B.A. from Southern Methodist University.

Edward J. Zecchini

Chief Technology Advisor for MediVoice, LLC


Edward Zecchini is the Chief Technology Officer for MediVoice, LLC. Mr. Zecchini was most recently Executive Vice President of Touchstone Health Partnership, Inc. and was responsible for operations and information technology. Prior to joining Touchstone, Mr. Zecchini held the titles of Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer of HealthMarkets, Inc. (formerly UICI) from October 2004 through April 2007.

Preceding his association with HealthMarkets, Mr. Zecchini was President and co-founder of IT Analytics, a consulting firm specializing in technology due diligence for the venture capital industry. Prior to IT Analytics, Mr. Zecchini was Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Medical Economics, the leader in healthcare content. He managed the transition of the technical infrastructure from a publishing focus to an information provider focus. Prior to Medical Economics he served as Vice President, Operations and Product Development for SportsTicker, Inc., Mr. Zecchini created the preeminent sports score reporting system that is currently owned and operated by ESPN.

Mr. Zecchini has extensive experience in both entrepreneurial and corporate environments with a track record of success in providing strategic level analysis and planning. Mr. Zecchini received his B.A. in Computer Science from the State University of New York at Oswego. He is a recipient of the 2004 CIO 100 Award, which is industry recognition for agile and flexible IT infrastructure and organization.
